smart parks

solution overview

drawing on the core strengths of ai large models, i.e., excellent data interpretation, knowledge reasoning, and natural language interaction, this platform connects in real time to tens of thousands of iot devices across the park, integrates vast stores of historical operational data, and applies deep mining and intelligent analysis to build a closed-loop smart management system spanning the full cycle of "perception–analysis–decision-making–execution."
in terms of functional coverage, the model comprehensively serves five core domains: park security management, facility operation and maintenance, energy management, resident services, and operational decision-making. it not only significantly boosts management efficiency, streamlines processes, and cuts labor costs, but also elevates the experience for all types of users within the park, achieving a dual upgrade of refined management and humanized services, and providing powerful technological support for the comprehensive construction and sustained development of the smart park.

solution highlights

1. full-domain data fusion and intelligent sensing
centered on the ai large model, the platform brings together multi-source heterogeneous data—video, iot, business, and energy consumption—into one unified stream, enabling real-time sensing and aggregation of all devices,, personnel, vehicles, and assets across the park. through the model's deep interpretation and correlation mining, the platform tears down the data silos of traditional systems, forming a unified digital foundation for the park and powering intelligent management and precision services with high-quality data.
2.full-cycle closed-loop intelligent decision-making and response
leveraging the large model's reasoning and autonomous analysis capabilities, the platform runs a complete "perception–analysis–decision-making–execution–feedback" loop: it automatically identifies abnormal events, predicts facility failures, and optimizes traffic dispatching. shifting from passive alerting to proactive early warning, intelligent task assignment, and automated handling, the platform dramatically accelerates management responsiveness and disposal efficiency while lowering operating costs.
3.multi-scenario integrated intelligent application coverage
the platform deeply covers five core scenarios, i.e., security, facility operation and maintenance, energy management, government services, and operational decision-making, while adapting flexibly to diverse park types such as office, industrial, and mixed-use parks. powered by unified model capabilities, the platform supports a wide range of business applications, achieving one platform reused across multiple terminals with park-wide collaboration, significantly enhancing the solution's deployability and scalability.
4.natural language interaction and humanized smart services
drawing on the large model's natural language understanding and multimodal interaction capabilities, the platform provides intelligent q&a, voice-activated dispatching, digital human assistants, and one-stop mobile services. with just a few simple words, enterprises and individuals can complete reservations, applications, inquiries, and consultations, delivering more convenient services and a friendlier experience, and comprehensively elevating the park's business environment and service quality.
5.continuous self-learning and secure, controllable iterative upgrades
the platform supports training on the park's private data and ongoing model fine-tuning, allowing it to continuously learn business rules, management practices, and anomaly characteristics—and steadily sharpen its identification accuracy and decision-making quality. built-in safeguards, including permission controls, data desensitization, and full operation audit trails, keep intelligence and compliance in balance, guaranteeing the platform's prolonged stable, secure, and efficient operation.

solution value

1.building multiple ai-powered layers of security to comprehensively elevate park safety management
in the security domain, the ai large model works in concert with surveillance cameras, perimeter protection, and other equipment to accurately identify anomalies such as intrusions, flames and smoke, and hazardous operations—automatically triggering alerts and dispatching response work orders. the solution also delivers lane-level control of hazardous chemical transport vehicles and assisted emergency decision-making, substantially raising the park's security level while cutting security staffing costs.
2.establishing a "centralized management, proactive prevention" model for full-lifecycle equipment management
in facility operation and maintenance, the platform analyzes operating data from elevators, power distribution systems, and other equipment to predict potential failures before they strike and streamline inspection workflows—boosting equipment o&m efficiency by 40%–60%.
3.making energy efficiency visible, diagnosable, and controllable; delivering energy assurance and a replicable energy management model
in energy management, the ai large model builds intelligent energy consumption optimization models that precisely analyze usage data, pinpoint waste, and automatically fine-tune equipment operating states across the park, cutting park operating energy consumption by 15%–20% and advancing the implementation of the "dual carbon (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality)" strategy.
4.ai large models empowering digital humans for intelligent interaction and scenario-based services
built on ai large model technology, digital humans serve as intelligent customer service agents, park guides, and o&m assistants. drawing on the model's natural interaction capabilities, they respond to inquiries with precision, provide guidance, push maintenance reminders, and even perform safety education, elevating the service experience, easing staff workload, and serving as a vital vehicle for the smart park's humanized, intelligent services.
