the construction of the social risk assessment and analysis platform in shijingshan district is suitable for the actual scenarios of social risk stabilization and control, with a breakthrough focus on preventing and resolving major risks, aiming to promote the modernization of social governance capabilities and levels. the platform’s construction includes four parts: major risk assessment and analysis in the district, intelligent hierarchical flow and transfer adapted to both times of peace and crisis, all-factor command and dispatch of multi-party governance resources, and integrated supervision and evaluation of risk management quality and efficiency. a refined closed-loop system of social risk assessment, analysis, tracking, and control has been in place.
